2. Do I automatically get my reward points at the check out?
When you view your cart you will be presented with how many reward points you have to use with your purchase. You will also see how many points you will collect with your current purchase.
3. How can I place an order?
If you have not registered, you’ll find the register next to log in on the top of the landing page. Simply fill in the details you are prompted to. If you have an existing account use the login on the top of the landing page. Add the products you’d like to buy to “add to cart”. When you are finished selecting and adding items to cart, select “view cart” on upper right of screen. You may use any reward points you have accumulated. You’ll find “proceed to check out” at the lower right of the products you have in your cart... click on “proceed to check out”. Fill in billing details, if your billing is the same as the shipping address, uncheck the blue check mark in ship to different address. Choose your payment method, accept the two agreements below payment and press the purple button on lower right “place order”.

If your tracking or pre shipment is pending, it hasn’t shipped out yet.
